Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll email you return shipping details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn underwear or swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can either:

After submitting a withdrawal request, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as your original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s).

For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, we will provide a prepaid return label upon request. Please contact Support@RolfSkeldon.com.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to worn underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
