Shipping policy
Orders are processed, packed, and shipped from 8:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If you order by 2:00pm on a weekday, it will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 2:00pm on Friday will be sent out the following Monday.
Free UK delivery on orders over £50
Free delivery applies within the UK for orders over £50 in a single order delivered to a single address. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK mainland deliveries, if you're not spending £50 then the cost of delivery is £3.95
International Shipping. Free on orders over £250
We ship to: the EU, Norway & Switzerland and Canada. If you're not spending £250 then the cost of International shipping is calculated by the weight of your order (up to 2kg) and displayed at the checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rolf Skeldon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we can't be held responsible for delays caused by remote locations or bad weather. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We totally get that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We’ll refund you the full order amount, minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, let us know right away! Email Support@RolfSkeldon.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these situations case-by-case, and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you. If you’ve got any more questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
