Shipping policy
Orders are processed, packed, and shipped from 8:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If you order by 2:00pm on a weekday, it will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 2:00pm on Friday will be sent out the following Monday.
Free UK delivery on orders over £50
Free delivery applies within the UK for orders over £50 in a single order delivered to a single address. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK mainland deliveries, if you're not spending £50 then the cost of delivery is £3.95
International Shipping Duties & Taxes Included We ship internationally via DHL Express to the following destinations: Canada, Europe (EU), Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and UAE.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all import duties, taxes, and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no surprise charges on delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We totally get that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We’ll refund you the full order amount, minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, let us know right away! Email Support@RolfSkeldon.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these situations case-by-case, and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you. If you’ve got any more questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
