Every Rolf Skeldon bracelet comes with a simple promise: if it ever needs attention, send it back and we'll sort it.

Resizing

Our bracelets are made to a standard size that fits most wrists comfortably. If the fit isn't right when yours arrives, contact us and we'll resize it for you. No charge, no hassle.

Repairs and restringing

Cords stretch over time with regular daily wear. It's normal, and it's not a reason to replace a bracelet you love. If the elastic on your Rolf Skeldon bracelet loosens or breaks, send it back to us and we'll restring it with fresh cord and return it to you.

This applies to every bracelet in our range, whenever it needs attention, not just within a set warranty period.

How to arrange a repair or resize

Get in touch at hello@RolfSkeldon.com with your order details and a brief description of what's needed. We'll confirm the return address and arrange everything from there.

Why we offer this

We make bracelets from materials that are worth keeping. Natural semi-precious stones like labradorite, onyx, bloodstone and jasper age well and develop character with wear. Recycled lampwork glass beads are individually handmade and irreplaceable. Hand turned hardwood beads from the Heartwood collection are finished to museum conservation standard and built to last a lifetime. None of these materials wear out. The cord occasionally does.

A repair takes minutes and costs us very little. It means a bracelet you spent good money on stays in use rather than ending up in a drawer or a bin. That's a better outcome for you and a better outcome for the materials.
